Status of an order.

As order is placed you will be recieve order confirmation e-mail. After your order were shipped you will recive shipping confirmation e-mail. You will also be notified if any items are on back order or sold out. If you would like to find out the status of an order before it has shipped, or if you did not supply an e-mail address at time of ordering, you need to click on "My Account" link on the top of the page.

When you type keywords into a flirtydreams.com search box, our site returns pages containing relevant information to your search. Sometimes, however, you will get no results from your search. To avoid this problem, try following these search tips:

Make sure you spell your keyword correctly. A type in the search box will bring back no results. (i.e. "bars" vs. "bras!")

Try varying the singular and plural instances of your keyword. For example, instead of "corsets," try typing "corset."

Sometimes it's better to be less specific. If you're looking for a red, underwire bra, try simply browsing through our bra category for a style you like, then looking at the colors available.
